Networking on the BYU Bridge is now available for use! Employer contacts are continuously signing up to mentor alumni on what to do with a specific degree, how to change career paths, strategize on becoming a part of their company, job shadowing, or information on the appliNetworking on the BYU Bridge is now available for use! Employer contacts are continuously signing up to mentor alumni on what to do with a specific degree, how to change career paths, strategize on becoming a part of their company, job shadowing, or information on the application/interviewing process.

To start networking, follow the instructions below:

To access your account:

  1. Click the "Students & Alumni" tab.
  2. You can log into The Bridge using your NetID and password.
  3. If you do not remember your NetID and Password/Do not have a NetID, click the link "Forgot your Net ID or password?"
  4. It will ask you a series of questions and should only take 5 minutes to retrieve your information!
  5. Once you have all the information, go to the Bridge page and log into your account.

Bridge Information

To access Networking:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the “Networking” tab on the top of the page.
  3. Search for mentors by name, company, degree, or position.
  4. Click on a person’s name to learn more information or see if you are interested in being mentored.
  5. Click “Interested” when you’d like to make contact and enter your message.
  6. Mentors will respond back to you through e-mail.
